When will my order be delivered ?

Having the best products for your needs is not going to help you, unless we can get them to you, when we promise, and in pristine condition. All of the Jobeky kits, individual drums, cymbals and triggers are custom built to order – they are not an off-the-shelf product – and therefore we ask for up to 8 -16 weeks to complete your order for Drums and up to 4 -8 weeks for triggers and cymbals Once completed, it will be booked in for delivery and you will receive an email (complete with tracking number) informing you that your order is ready for dispatch.

We utilise the services of a number of professional couriers, who specialise in delivery of delicate items, in the UK, Europe, and further afield as needed. Once we complete your order, most deliveries are made in the next day for the UK (excluding weekends). For Europe it’s normally 2-4 days. And for international orders, we will advise you of an exact delivery date as soon as one is available, which courier has been used.

All goods that we send are fully traceable, and we will always offer you the option of insuring any goods in transit.

Order Cancellations

For any custom drum kit build orders (Complete Kits, Individual Drums, Shell packs etc); as these products are made bespoke to your specifications and we may need to order in special parts or wrap, we regret that we cannot always accept order cancellations.
